Darb Productions is a custom software development company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, building bespoke software platforms — SaaS products, multi-vendor marketplaces, booking systems, customer and supplier portals, admin dashboards, and internal operations tools (custom CRMs, ERPs, HR systems, workflow engines) — for Saudi startups, small and medium businesses, enterprises, and government-adjacent entities. We handle integrations with local systems (ZATCA e-invoicing, Nafath, Absher, HyperPay, mada) and international platforms (Odoo, SAP, Salesforce). We proved the model on ourselves: our own SaaS product, Rouad (rouad.com), was built the same way. Scoping sprint
One-to-two week paid discovery. We turn a fuzzy idea into a clear user-flow diagram, screen inventory, data model, integration list, and either a fixed-price quote or a per-sprint retainer proposal. You keep the artefacts even if you don't proceed.
Design + prototype
Interactive Figma prototype. You click through the whole platform before we write code. Every screen signed off in Arabic and English, with edge cases documented, before development starts.
Two-week sprints
Ship every two weeks to a staging URL you can use. You test as we build — no big reveal at the end. Every sprint has a demo, a burn-down, and a next-sprint plan.
Launch + handover
Production deployment, monitoring wired to your team's Slack, database backups, GitHub organisation set up in your name, and a hand-over session for your internal team (if you have one) or a maintenance retainer with us.
Ongoing evolution
Post-launch: bug fixes, new features, integration additions, and performance work on retainer or per-sprint. Most platforms need a light monthly cadence — the product isn't «done» at launch, it evolves.

Do you integrate with ZATCA, Nafath, Absher, and local payment gateways?
Yes. ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing (Fatoora), Nafath authentication, Absher services, and payment gateways (mada, Apple Pay, HyperPay, PayTabs, Tabby, Tamara) — all integrated with the correct SDK for each, tested against the sandbox and against real endpoints before launch. We keep a small library of tested integrations we reuse across clients.
Do you build marketplaces (multi-vendor)?
Yes. Multi-vendor marketplaces with seller onboarding, product listings, order routing, payouts, ratings, dispute handling, commission calculation, and admin moderation — B2C or B2B. We handle the operational complexity: seller KYC, split payments, tax handling per seller, and dispute workflows.
Can you customise or extend Odoo, SAP, or Salesforce for us?
Yes — for Odoo especially (we build modules, workflows, and reports on top of Odoo Community and Enterprise). For SAP and Salesforce, we integrate with them from a custom platform we build on the side, so you keep the SAP/Salesforce ERP core and layer the missing capability on top instead of trying to force the ERP to do everything.
How is Darb different from a global software agency or offshore developer?

Who owns the source code, database, and infrastructure at the end?
You do. Full source code transferred to your GitHub organisation. Database schema, deployment configuration, CI/CD pipelines, and third-party account credentials all handed over. Infrastructure can stay under our managed hosting (optional retainer) or move to your own AWS/DigitalOcean/Vercel — the platform is portable by design.
