(3) The funnel is longer — between the first search and the booked appointment there are 3–7 trust-building touchpoints we have to engineer.

Both. Our Sprint tier is built for single clinics validating one channel. Engine fits multi-branch clinics. Partner is for hospitals and clinic groups. The system scales — what doesn't scale is which agency you hire when you outgrow them.
