Brand look intake
30-minute call to review your brand book, photography reference, and existing portraits. We lock the look (light, background, grade) before the shoot.
Schedule + brief
Subject list, time slots, wardrobe guidance, makeup recommendation. We send a one-page "on the day" brief to every subject.
Shoot day
Production-line setup. Each subject gets 5–15 minutes depending on package. Direction, light tweaks, multiple takes. Everyone leaves with a portrait they like.
Cull + retouch
We cull to 2–5 per subject, retouch to your brand grade, name files by subject for HR ease. One review round on tone.
Bulk delivery
Web + print resolutions in your delivery folder. Optional bulk upload to your DAM or HR system.
