A premium chocolate brand with a strong DTC presence wanted to expand into B2B — hotel HORECA, corporate gifting, and modern-trade retail. They had production capacity but no B2B brand identity, no dedicated sales motion for procurement buyers, and the existing DTC team did not know how to navigate a six-month F&B procurement cycle.

Solution

Built a parallel B2B sub-brand with its own positioning, catalogue, and procurement-friendly assets (specs, certifications, MOQs, lead-times). Ran an outbound + sampling program targeting F&B directors at the top-tier UAE + KSA hotel groups. Bilingual on every touchpoint, because half the corporate-gifting RFPs ship in Arabic.
